SCHEDULING A SESSION: All Private sessions, Duet sessions and Group Reformer classes are by appointment only. Please call 253-858-6683 to book your session.
Group fitness classes can be booked online using the MindBody scheduling app or by phone. Group fitness classes have limited space. Packages are non-refundable and expire 1 year from date of purchase. All sessions/packages are payable in advance prior to scheduling on line. Our on line scheduling system will not allow you to book without a prepaid package. As a rule of thumb, Group Fitness Classes are 50 minutes long and for healthy bodies. Please arrive on time, please no more than 5 minutes early.

ATTENDING A SESSION: Be prepared to exercise barefoot or in socks. Socks with a grippy sole are recommended. In some cases you will be advised to bring tennis shoes. Wear comfortable, form fitting but non-restrictive exercise clothing. Please refrain from wearing heavy perfume, heavy lotions or oils, metal zippers, rivets and large or dangling jewelry. We ask that you arrive on time, no more than 5 minutes early.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hour advanced notice is required for cancellation of all Pilates appointments. Your account will be charged for missed appointments. Group Classes are subject to change without notice, if canceled you will be noticed via email/text.
Private Pilates Session: Great starting point for new movers, post-rehab, or if you just want the individual attention on your body. A customized workout where we will discuss your fitness goals and plan out a fitness routine that your body needs to feel better and function more comfortably. A private session is also a great place to make sure you are getting the maximum benefit out of your group class sessions. Private sessions are 55 minutes long.
Semi-Private(Duet): 2 clients per instructor. Never feel lost in a workout, get individualized attention while sharing the time with a friend or someone we pair you with. Feel your body change and be challenged in a unique way! Duet sessions are 55 minutes long.
Equipment(Reformer)Group Fitness Class: 2-8 clients with one instructor on Pilates equipment. Allows you to receive individualized attention with added benefit of sharing the workout with a few others on studio equipment. Great for healthy, agile bodies and moves at a quick pace. Every class will work your entire body, while increasing cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone! Prerequisite: 5 private sessions or instructor approval. Group Reformer sessions are 50 minutes long.
TRX: Suspension trainer, created by a Navy SEAL. TRX harnesses the resistance of your own body weight and gravity that will improve total body strength and cardio-vascular endurance. Pre-requisite: 5 private sessions or instructor approval. We do not currently have a Group TRX class on our schedule but TRX is used as a portion of our other Group classes for example Barre and Circuit Pilates class.
